Features:

FOT-04 is extremely effective at protecting rotary fuel injection equipment from wear when operating with fu- els of low intrinsic lubricity, such as gas oil and diesel oil. FOT-04 demonstrates excellent lubricity improving characteristics by both HFRR and SLBOCLE bench test procedures. This product offers very good solubility and therefore does not negatively affect filterability characteristics of the doped middle distillate.

Usage:

To obtain the benefits of the chemical treatment to the entire fuel oil system it is necessary to dose the product in the most appropriate ratio depending upon the nature and severity of the problem.

The dosage of FOT-04 varies depending on the fuel grade & performance targets to be met. Fuel oil should be sampled and analyzed on a regular basis to monitor the quality.

1. For low sulphur diesel fuel FOT-04 should be dosed at 1:5000 (5MT)

2. Dosage might have to be raised in case of residual fuel oil, 1:3000 (3MT)
